**Avicii Wide Awake At No1** There is no sleeping on the job for Avicii this week as he holds on to the No1 spot on the Singles Chart for a fifth week with ‘Wake Me Up’. One Direction have to be content to stay at No2 for a second week with ‘Best Song Ever’ while John Newman’s ‘Love Me Again’ turns around climbing back up to No3. RTE’s show The Hit provides this week’s highest new entries. Of the two contestants on this week’s show The Stunning prove the most popular debuting in the chart at No 6 with their entry ‘Run And Hide’. This gives them their first appearance in the Irish Singles Chart for 20 years – they reached No8 in August 1993 with ‘Deja Voodoo’. The other contestant, Julie Feeney, enters the chart at No9 with ‘New Tattoo’ – despite a previous appearance in the Album Chart this is her first song to trouble the Singles Chart. Kodaline make their third journey to the Top of the Album Chart this week with ‘In A Perfect World’ which moves up from No2 to take a fourth week at No1 since release. With the end of his European tour finishing in Ireland last weekend Bruce Springsteen continues to make a mark on the chart. He has four albums in the Top 20 this week - ‘Collection: 1973-2012’ moves up a place to No2, ‘Greatest Hits’ moves up two places to No3, ‘Wrecking Ball’ is at No6 and ‘Born To Run’ jumps 34 places to settle at No11. David Guetta also makes a big leap up the chart moving from No36 to No4 with ‘Nothing But The Beat’ – his first appearance back in the Top 10 for this 2011 album in around a year. Pink’s ‘The Truth About Love’ also moves up this week to complete the Top 5 at No5.
