#CleanEatingPumpkinPie #Recipe Makes 2 traditional sized pies CRUST INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts 2 tbsp. coconut oil 2 tbsp. honey CRUST DIRECTIONS: Mix all the above ingredients together and press in the bottom of your pie pan. FILLING INGREDIENTS: 2 cups prepared pumpkin 1/2 cup honey 4 egg whites 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk (you can substitute unsweetened cocnut, almond or rice milk) FILLING DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly. 2. Pour mixture into pie crusts. 3. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 minutes. 4. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. and bake for 45 additional minutes. **Side Notes: This pie is not very sweet. If you prefer a sweeter pie, add an additional 1/4 cup of honey.
