~~Entertained by Angels~~ Be not forgetful to entertain strangers; for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Hebrews 13:2 ....... and sometimes it is the angels who entertain us....... entertain: [to maintain, hold together] 1. to keep the interest of and give pleasure to; divert; amuse. 2. to give hospitality to; have as a guest 3. to allow oneself to think about; have in mind; consider 4. to keep up; maintain - to give hospitality to guests I have a diverse network of friends in all kinds of varying degrees of friendship. I would like to think it is a sign of true acceptance and embracing of diversity. Of the whole, there are some whom Ive never met face to face, some Ive never even seen a photo of and some who I dont know (or didnt until recently) their real name, yet there have been times when these spirit friends have given a word or message that was right on time and right on the mark. They allow themselves to be led by their Spirit and Heart that is a very brave and wonderful thing to me. They have picked me up from the bottom many times. It is a gift to be able to feel the unctions of the Spirit and Heart but an act of courage to follow those unctions. I know this first hand. And then there are those who dont even realize their gift but they still do. So this day I honor you, my Spirit friends, and thank you not only for your messages of love, hope, friendship and encouragement but for reminding me that I am not alone though I am different/diverse. Thank you. You touch so many and you make a difference that does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, nor the kindly smile, nor the joy of companionship, it is the Spiritual inspiration that comes to one when you discover that someone else believes in you and is willing to trust you with a friendship.
