This particular circuit is great for anyone who has the strength to use their body for resistance and not a lot of time for a work out. (Anyone who can do chin ups, push-ups, box jumps, burpees, squats etc). Majority of my training is physique training, but I enjoy the benefits of a good circuit done properly. As you can see, it smashed us all the same. I do something like this once a week. This is what we did today. (Yes its timelapsed we didnt do it in 30 secs) 50 burpee box jumps 100 push ups 50 body weight dips 100 medicine ball thrusters For time. Have a go yourself of your able to and tell us your time. This is not a beginner workout due to the exercise selection, however you could choose different exercise you could do and make your own. Its only 4 compound exercise strung together (Multi joint). Its simple, its safe, and its very effective. Enjoy
