It certainly goes without saying that the brave and diligent firefighting that is going on across the county is without a doubt heroic! We all appreciate the steadfastness that those fighting the fires have and continue to show! Instead of making a gratuitous gesture to the Firefighters for the card this weekend, which would not be used, XFS will instead donate tickets to all of our San Diego Fire Houses for the July card as a thank you for all that they do! By then their lives will hopefully be back to normal and they will be able to enjoy our July show! XFS Update: We are poised to have weigh-ins tomorrow night at Mikes BBQ from 4 (set-up) to 9 pm! Lauren and her Dad are excited to welcome us back for another great weekend of fights and wanted me to let everyone know that they are open and serving food all night tonight as Escondido is still working hard as a community with a no quit attitude! We are ready for hard hitting action on Saturday as gates open at 2PM! This card is stacked with several pros on the cusp of the UFC and Bellator as well as some tough as nails amateurs who are ready to turn pro very soon! Then we take down the cage and put up the ring for our Muay Thai Strikes VI Card!! Everything is dialed in for a weekend of terrific competition! xplodefightseries
