!!NEW CLASSES AND THE RAINHILL TRIALS!! Its been a big few days over at Napalm - with lots of new faces being welcomed into the box, new SWEAT Napalm classes, new Competitors class, new Olympic lifting class and the Yoga with Nic has gone down a storm! And of course our awesome members heading down to The Rainhill Trials to represent our place, either as competitors or cheerleaders. All 3 Coaches who entered qualified in the top 2 groups and, more importantly, our members who competed were outstanding!!! Weve had great feedback from people who were there on everything from their attitude to their fitness to their movement standards which is very gratifying - we are all incredibly proud of you! Our cheerleaders are, frankly, hooligans. In an arena with hundreds of people cheering, the music system on full blast, and the commentators on the mic, against all the odds... I PROMISE we can hear you!! Even when we dont want to (pick the bar up Mark!) Thank you so much to everyone who competed and represented Napalm so well, and on behalf of all of us who did compete a HUGE thanks to all who came to watch on either day!!
