Once I made a joke to say that my life is always with gardening and dog and only with. But currently, my idea turned. accidently, I obtained several books talking about the fat burning food, though I am not very fat, I want to manage my weight for the sake of health. I thought the books must have some magic as I took them I can difficultly lay them down just like you read the novel of harry potter from which I got the truth of protein, fat, condiment, snacks and drinks and so on.
