**PH1731** Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join on a Maternity Cover Contract. This role will involve: • Maintaining accurate system records of all containers/trailers. • Organising and filing of all documentation. • Sending all relevant documentation to all correct parties within the agreed time scales. • Daily liaison with international agents and suppliers. • Daily liaison with internal and external warehousing parties. • Completion of daily and weekly reports. • Building rapport and strong customer/client relationships. The successful candidate must: • Previous experience within this type of role. • Have strong customer service skills. • Have strong administration skills. • Have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Have excellent attention to detail. Due to the location of this position, the successful candidate will require their own transport. Previous experience in shipping and logistics as well knowledge and experience in using SAP would be advantageous. If this position sounds of interest, then we would like hear from you.
