[ Some correction and Rules ] 1. Incorrect : I come here for learning English. Correct : I come here to learn English. Note : Purpose (উদ্দেশ্য) বোঝালে infinitive বসে; gerund হবে না। 2. Incorrect: He says he is not afraid of nobody. Correct : He says he is afraid of nobody. Or, He says he is not afraid of anybody. Note : একটি clause এ double negative ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। 3. Incorrect : I was absent one time or two times. Correct : I was absent once or twice. Note : One time, two times এগুলোর পরিবর্তে once এবং twice ব্যবহার করতে হবে। 4. Incorrect : A day a fox was very hungry. Correct: One day a fox was very hungry. Note : One এর পরিবর্তে a অথবা an ব্যবহার করা যাবে না যখন one অর্থ a certain thing (একটি নির্দিষ্ট কোনকিছু)। 5. Incorrect : The more people will agree with me. Correct : Most people will agree with me. Note : The majority of (বেশিরভাগ) বোঝাতে most ব্যবহার করতে হবে। 6. Incorrect : I spend my holidays in a country. Correct : I spend my holidays in the country. Note : a country হচ্ছে কোন একটি দেশ যেমন- Bangladesh, India, England এবং the country হচ্ছে শহরের বাইরের অংশ যেখানে মাঠ, বন, পাহাড় ইত্যাদি থাকে| 7. Incorrect : Any of these two books is good. Correct : Either of these two books is good. Note: Either ব্যবহার করা হয় দুইটির মধ্যে যে কোন একটি বোঝাতে আর Any ব্যবহার করা হয় দুই এর অধিক এর মধ্যে যে কোন একটি বোঝাতে। 8. Incorrect : He speaks neither English or French. Correct : He speaks neither English nor French. Note : neither এর সাথে nor বসে; কখনও or বসে না। 9. Incorrect : Either Rajib nor Mary will do the work. Correct : Either Rajib or Mary will do the work. Note : Either এর পরে or বসে, কখনও nor বসে না। 10. Incorrect : Both of them did not go to school. Correct : Neither of them went to school. Note : Affirmative sentence- এ দুই এর মধ্যে উভয়টি বোঝাতে both এবং negative sentence এ দুই এর মধ্যে কোনটিই নয় বোঝাতে neither বসে। 11. Incorrect : Do your work without to speak. Correct : Do your work without speaking. Note : Preposition এরপরverb এর ing form বসে। 12. Incorrect : He is quite capable to do that. Correct : He is quite capable of doing that. Note : Capable এবং incapable এরপর of+ (Verb+ing) বসাতে হয়। 13. Incorrect : Mary is able of doing the work. Correct : Mary is able to do the work. Note : able এবং unable এরপর infinitive বসে। 14. Incorrect : I object to be treated like this. Correct : I object to being treated like this. Note : Object to, accustomed to, look forward to, mission to, confess to, with a/the view to, surprise to এরপরverb + ing বসে।
