I know how much people love their weekend nights out, and thats all good. All I know is if you eat well Monday-Friday and go balls to the wall crazy on the weekend, any calorie deficit you have made throughout the week can be smashed in just one night. So if you do like a tipple heres some tips to take the edge off it. - Drink slowly and enjoy your drinks. - Avoid sugary alcopops and sugary mixers - Avoid high fat food on days youve got a night out. - Opt for meals based on vegetables and lean proteins (low carb) - Dont go the kebabby on the way home - Dance your ass off - Drink water after every couple of drinks (lessens the impact of a hangover, keeps you hydrated and also costs less so you save a few quid) - Keep dancing....
