#Weight control Do you really need to worry about which “magical” diet or exercise plan to follow? Do you really need to fret about whether or not to eat carbohydrates, protein, fat, or fewer calories? Is it necessary to follow the latest weight-loss guru’s newest plan? No... Because none of these things actually matter unless they are things you are doing because you’re inspired by aligned beliefs. All you need to do is actually the only thing you need to do: align your beliefs about your body and food with your desires for it.
