[for those who do not understand Arabic...via Abdellah La3raj]: Lady 1: - The thing that makes me very said is that 16 people died - the authorities and the civil society did nothing and showed no respect, no compassion towards the dead, and not even a sense of responsibility - To the government I ask what is this? Whats happening to us ? - Five people were lost from my family ! Young man 1: - We, as a Cyber community should declare national mourning for what happened. Young man 2: - in these types of large scale natural disasters and floods, where is the army that should be delivering humanitarian relief to the victims ? Young man 3: - they call us citizens but they treat us like trash. - the time has come for us to speak up for our rights, and for the rights of all the victims. - we need to hold the responsible people accountable for their mistakes and declare a period of national mourning. - thats the least we can do. - and whoever can help, should help. Lady 2 - I demand that the State to declare a national mourning period and show the country’s solidarity with the victims. - the loss of over 40 lives is a national crisis by any measure. - the government is responsible for not taking the necessary actions to protect the people before and after the floods. Young man 4 - in the South the rain fell, and people died, and their bodies were carried in garbage trucks as if they not humans, just garbage. Young man 5 - the problem does not lie in the basic crisis itself, but the problem occurred before and after the crisis. - the government is poorly equipped to top it all off, the authorities treat us as sub-humans. At the very least, the state should declare a period of mourning as a form of respect, which did not happen, and all our governmental aid is exported to other countries. Young man 6 - The government’s way of dealing with the flood crisis added to the devastation, which made us feel their contempt and humiliation. - we the people of Morocco should not count on the governments helping us, we should move fast to help the victims of the floods and push to oblige the responsible parties to be held accountable.
