@military_fitness_naples AM Crews finishing there workouts with one of our 5 minute AMRAP Combat Drills. 1. High Knees 10x (Running Threw Bushes) 2. Jump Squats 10x (Jumping onto objects) 3. Up/Downs 1x (Insurgent sees you) 4. FBG Front Back Goes 1x (Insurgent still in sight, drop and roll out of last position and back into go position). This is a high intensity workout that I put together to mimic the cardiovascular levels in a combative situation. Best done with a weight vest.
