1-27-2015, Tuesday....so...it has arrived...about 4:30AM...the first flakes were spotted in The Valley...wind is howling...accumulations at this point are really nil...but...the plows are out...visibility is quite poor even in the fledgling daylight...many people asked me last night if wed be open today...I didnt verbally respond...I just looked at them and they had their answer...in short...we dont close!...if for any reason to be here in the event of emergency situations...plow trucks...power outages, beer...ya know...the bare essentials...a single number 4.3 degrees out there right now...highs to 12 degrees winds steady at 23 mph, gusting to 40+....humidity 82%...Barometer lowering at 29.88 inches...Sunrise 7:01AM...Setting 4:39PM...not sure on forecasted accumulations...so well just say snow all day today... -Lunch today...none...although open well not make a full lunch...however, coffee is on....warmer will be full of pizza. hot dogs, and all the other goodies we offer... -Todays pic...7AM in The Valley...the wind is tearing through here from the EAST!....a phenom we dont see but a few times a year...and shes ripping...lost my hat...from the wind...in the middle of the road...good thing that, traffic is light... -So...enjoy the snow day...tis quieting....makes you slow down...and if you need us...were here....until 8PM...and even if you dont need us...were here...with Blessings for all...FREEDOM...
