1. The two most important US citizens involved in Operation Paperclip (the OSS-CIA plan to export high level German Nazis of scientific, communications research, and/or intelligence value into the US during the early years of the Cold War) were unquestionably Allen Dulles and John J. McCloy. 2. As of 1964, Dulles and McCloy had been very close friends for over three decades(29) McCloys Council on Foreign Relations study group recommended the intervention in Guatemala that was shortly thereafter carried out by fellow CFR officer Allen Dulles (30)... 3. While McCloy was the Ford Foundation in the 1950s, he helped Dulles to get Foundation funding for CIA activities (31).. 4. While he was the Chairman of The Chase Manhattan Bank, 1955-1961, McCloy allowed the CIA to use that bank for its operations-- Donald Gibson, The Kennedy Assassination Cover Up [these relations btw. Dulles and McCloy, Acheson and Joe Alsop-- two other members of US financial and anglophile elites who were key in forming the Warren Commission, are extensively elaborated upon in terms of concrete actions e.g. the formation of The Century Club to aid Britain in 1940. They are not persona,l but institutional connections, shown in their historical contexts with clear policy outcomes. While our subsidized river of indifference will cause many to mumble Six degrees of separation on que while reading this FB rectangle, such a response would never suffice in a mediated discussion..for readers of Gibsons full text... which is of course why this is never mediated] 5. Allen Dulles and John J. McCloy were unquestionably the most important members of the Warren Commission. Unfortunately McCloy had to miss some time while coordinating US multinational mining interests as part of the Brazilian Coup of 1964, but he moved with confidence and the backing of a large midtown Christmas tree.
