#10920-Hi Guys I am totally confused today. All my friends are running after big packages , MBA opportunities, Civil Services but here I am satisfied with my life in infy. Its not like I am in a comfort zone or am lazy. Its just , I am not mad behind money or power. I like to keep things simple. Yes I keep learning new skills , do justice to my official work and trying for a switch (have 1 offer as well but with only 30% hike)but its not something I am really worried about like some of my colleagues. am I normal? some of my friends call me laid back because I dont rush to evry walkin interview and coz I am not much interested in onsite (would rather earn less but have a work life balance) I know its going to be a problem when I will look to get married (girls want guys whos salary is growing rapidly) but I dont give a damn about it. so is there any thing else I should be worried about career or other wise coz looks like I dont have any goals.
