11/5/2013 Tuesday Nutrition Breakfast: 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean Cereal w skim milk Mid Morning Snack: 30 Red seedless grapes & low fat mozzarella string cheese w 12 oz of water Lunch: Turkey sandwich on 2 slices of whole wheat bread w/omega 3 fat free mayo, red pepper slices, green pepper slices, pickle, garlic powder, & accent. Peach Chobani yogurt & 12 oz of water. Mid Afternoon Snack: Premier Protein Chocolate Shake Dinner: Mini crab cake, Salt-free Collard Greens, Small 2 oz steak & brown rice How is your nutrition going? Write and let me know.
