12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS | DAY 4: 4 SKI JUMPS + SINGLE LEG SQUATS To begin, place your weight in your left foot, then jump directly to the right as far as you can while maintaining your balance. As you land, your left foot should swing behind your right leg. Once stable, and keeping your left foot off the ground, squat on your right leg. Return to standing and repeat in the opposite direction. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• To modify, tap your back foot on the ground before squatting. For an additional challenge, hold set of dumbbells at chest level. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Round out your workout by adding in the exercises from our first 3 days! •1 Burpee •2 180° Squat Jumps •3 Tricep Dips •4 Ski Jumps + Single Leg Squats •Repeat!
