12 years ago the world changed, the US was attacked. I was at work and was called into active duty. I spent 22 months working after 9/11. Its a day in which I will never forget. It brings back some emotions every year remembering. President Bush was a great Commander in Chief in leading this Nation against the people who attacked us. On the first anniversary, I was overseas, in Kyrgyzstan and we held a memorial ceremony around the flags, flown at half staff. One year ago I was in Desert training for my 6 month deployment overseas. While there all the Security Forces members stood in a group and held two minutes of silence in remembrance. One year ago, 4 Americans were killed and this current President does not care one bit in finding the people who were responsible. SAD I fly the Flag in remembrance to those show died on 9/11 and all military members who serve. Those who died to protect this country, who stood guard at a post for 12 hours guarding the planes of freedom, over watch tower, entry point and etc. here in the US and overseas, retired and still in the military.
