12th typhoon Trami and 13th typhoon Pewa 12th typhoon Trami (潭美) was formed up at 0800hrs on 18th Aug 2013. Currently is heading towards north east direction. In the next 48hrs, there will be heavy rain and strong wind especially in the northern, north-eastern and eastern part of Taiwan. The Central Weather Bureau expect typhoon Trami would land at the north-eastern part of Taiwan. In additional to typhoon Trami, Japan Meteorological Agency also issue warning for 13th typhoon Pewa. However typhoon Pewa did not posed any danger to Taiwan for the current moment. The Central Weather Bureau is monitoring the movement of typhoon Trami closing. It is expected a sea warning will be issued on 20th Aug 2013.
