15:30 Schalke - Dortmund 2 (1.85) This is a very important derby. Dortmund have lost both matches last year and both the players and the coaching staff said multiple times that that left them with regret. But then, when we look at the results of last year (Schalke won 2-1 in both matches), we see that the matches were really close. They were close even though Dortmund had huge problems in those fixtures: In one of those two matches, Dortmund even played a 3-2-4-1, a very strange setup that they had never played before (and after), because they simply didnt have enough defenders left to play anything else. Now, Dortmund have good squad depth and dont have too big issues with injuries but Schalke does. Farfan, the most threatening player for the Dortmund side, is out. Huntelaar and Höger are out as well. All in all, there will be many young players on the pitch on Schalkes side, and we dont think they can handle the pressure. Dortmunds players and staff are confronted with their two losses all the time by journalists, even though they reached the CL final. We dont think that they will want to deal with that anymore so they should have some extra motivation. Dortmund is way better, Schalkes best players are injured with no quality backup, Dortmund will be very motivated. They should win this.
