15 Fun Facts... 1. I want to be a gestational surrogate. I loved being pregnant and it was easy for me. I cant imagine not being able to have children. I want to share that gift with someone. 2. Christmas shopping is probably my all-time favorite hobby. Its like permission to spend money that I dont have! 3. I used to be obsessed with Buffy the Vampire Slayer. OBSESSED. LiveJournal was my social life, Joss Whedon was my idol, and traveling the country going to conventions was just a regular thing for me. I also wrote fanfic, omgz. 4. Im not at all political. I think all politicians are puppets and asshats. 5. Ive never been able to do a cartwheel, and to this day, I feel like Ive been missing out. 6. If I won the lottery, I would start a massive animal sanctuary where all unwanted, older, or special needs animals can live out their life in love and peace. 7. I feel like becoming a mom has made me a less insecure and self-deprecating person. Its like, hey, I made these little people and they are awesome, so maybe Im awesome too. I think Im doing a good job at this whole parenting thing. 8. I kind of want to pack up and move down south to Texas or Florida and never have to worry about driving in a blizzard or $8000/year property taxes. But I would miss my friends and family. Yall can come with me, okay? 9. Taking care of Matt Fortes dogs has made me a football fan. Sort of. (I at least dont skip the Bears-related posts in my newsfeed anymore.) 10. I have the coolest mother-in-law in the world. 11. Im a spelling/grammar snob but cant solve a math problem to save my life. 12. I regularly get carded for lottery tickets, rated R movies, and buying NyQuil. I know theyre just doing their job, and I look like Im twelve, but I get enraged. Every time. 13. Spiders scare me to death but I cant kill them. I cant catch them either because that involves too much personal contact. So I just leave the room and hope they go away before I return. 14. I dont believe in an after-life. I wish I did. 15. I could eat Mexican food every day. Specifically, enchiladas.
