15 years of sacrifice. Months in a row, living on the road in hotels, sacrificing time with my family. 70 hour weeks in the dealership, or dealerships spread across the country, mastering my craft. Time away from my children. Not to count on the hundreds of thousands of dollars lost on failed attempts and learning the dos and donts. Going months without a pay check because you NEVER miss payroll or you had to put it back into the business. Thats not to count haters trying to stab your back, screwing you, and trying to take whats yours because the simple fact is they are judges, jurys, and executioners and think its their job to let the world know you dont deserve it. All the time staying humble, giving people around you the shirt off your back daily. By all rights, according to certain people, I guess I should have laid down a long time ago and died and been the statistic by EVERY account I should be. Well well well. If you know me well, you know what I say. SCREW STATISTICS! I WILL LAY DOWN AND DIE WHEN I FEEL ITS TIME TO LAY DOWN AND DIE, TILL THAT DAY, ILL KEEP WORKING FOR WHAT IS MINE. I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE BACK, STAY HUMBLE, AND CONTINUE TO GROW INTO BECOMING THE MAN I KNOW I AM AND CAN BE. YOU WANT TO BE A LION? THAN STOP LYING. TO YOURSELF, TO OTHERS. YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU EARN, SPIRITUALLY, MENTALLY, AND FINANCIALLY. I CAN ASSURE THERE IS NO LUCK IN MY LIFE. ANYTHING I HAVE OR WILL EVER HAVE I PUT IN THE WORK AND SACRIFICE TO GET. MY BEST ADVICE (and the talent I am apparently despised for) is that when you fall down, pick yourself up, hold your head high, and get back in the game). You know who gave me that advice, the greatest woman of her time, Marie Schotzko, MY GRANDMOTHER, MY FRIEND, MY CONFIDANTE (ALONG WITH MY MOTHER, Catherine Ann Cook-Larson AND UNCLE SKIP MEIDER, who both learned it from their mother, my grandmother. And it shows in their lives along with the rest of Bob Sr and Maries children and grandchildren
