16. Payments and Refunds 1. DepFile will fully refund to you all charges to you that were unauthorized by you. You must promptly notify DepFile of the unauthorized charge and provide a written certification, reasonably satisfactory to DepFile, certifying the amount of the charge, that the charge to you was not authorized by you and that you are therefore requesting a refund of that charge. 2. If you have purchased a Premium account of a duration of thirty (30) days or less, DepFile will issue you a full refund for the fees you have paid for that Premium account if, within thirty (30) days of purchase you: (a) cancel your Premium account and request the refund in writing, (b) have not downloaded more than five (5) files, and (c) have not downloaded more than one (1) gigabyte of data. 3. If you have purchased a Premium account of a duration of thirty (90) days or more, DepFile will issue you a full refund for the fees you have paid for that Premium account if, within ninety (90) days of purchase you (a) cancel your Premium account and request the refund in writing, (b) have not downloaded more than five (5) files, and (c) have not downloaded more than one (1) gigabyte of data.
