17 August, 2014 - The path. I have been working with a relatively large London university over the last couple of months and the conversations and explorations with people there have awakened me to the true purpose, and real value of education. Its been interesting to speak with young men and women who have decided to study and really have no idea why they are studying what they are studying and what they aim to do after their degree. And this, in the UK, at the systematic minimum cost of £27,000. And I wonder how - and why - the world has gone so awry, when it comes to learning. Why the talk is so much about status and money... And I have been looking at adding on professional options to my current portfolio - I am quite clear that I have made it so far in the world because I keep moving on with the tides of change and well, theres been plenty of that over recent years, more so than ever before in my life, maybe. And yesterday, I found the course. THE course. I know it deep down in my heart. The thing is its a pretty exclusive course, its based in Switzerland and costs a minimum of £60,000 to complete. I am completely self-made. No one has ever paid for me to do anything, ever. So, it has always been up to me, and up to me only. The yin and yang of an independent life. So, yeah, I nearly fell off my chair, when I saw the price - literally. I knew Switzerland was expensive, not THAT expensive. And deep down, I know this is the path. I have often said in recent years that life takes you where you need to go, if you let it. So, I am going to have to trust life. Maybe Ill finally win the lottery, or something.The path.
