$180K investment returns $280K on or before 35 days plus 5% of the company Marlboro County Imports, Inc. (C-corporation) has secured a $15MM equity commitment from a group of private investors for the acquisition of three (3) new car automotive dealerships; $4MM of which is contractually guaranteed to the corporation within 30 days of deal execution to acquire the first Point (store).
