Meanwhile... • Carlton Complex - 82% contained • Rising Eagle Road: Crews hope to gain full containment today • Chiwaukum Creek: Rainfall caused the fire to quiet down over the weekend. The 35-mph driving restriction on Highway 2 is being lifted today. • Duncan: Firefighters have been shifted from Chiwaukum to this fire, which is now 3,386 acres.
