2 years 9 months and 22 days I was standing in a driveway speaking to frantically because i had just realized something. There was a girl standing in front of me staring into my eys and i was lost...lost in that moment, in those beautiful brown eyes that had captivated me and to this day rule my heart. see she was standing there feeling the cold of the wind and looking into the starry sky. I was so breath taken that all i could feel was my heart beating faster and faster, the thump thump thump of it beating against my chest...even the cold didnt touch my skin. And in that moment i knew that this girl, full of compassion and kindness but yet passionate and fiery, was meant to be many things to me but i didnt know at the time. She was a shoulder, a hand to pick me up, a lover, a wife, a teacher, a follower, a partner in crime, a soldier by my side, my best friend and the love of my life. Baby i know how your mind races being apart from me. but Know that even though i might forget from time to time and lose my way, i will always come home to you!
