2013 Canandaigua PTSA Holiday Festival Shoppers Showcase Canandaigua Elementary School, Canandaigua, NY Vendor Application On Behalf of the Canandaigua PTSA, Thank you for your interest in participating in the Canandaigua PTSA Festival. We hope you are looking forward to this year’s school fund-raiser. The PTSA is an active organization which contributes significantly and in many different ways to the enrichment of the educational programs in this district. The event will be held Saturday, November 9th 2013 from 9:00a.m–3:00p.m. This Vendor Application (and the attached terms and conditions) will govern your participation in the Festival. Please review and complete the requested information below. November 8, 2013 Saturday, November 9, 2013 (Rain or Shine) Canandaigua Elementary School, Canandaigua, NY 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. Saturday: 3:30 p.m. (Please no early tear down) Single Space = 4’ wide x 8’ (one table) Double Space =4’ wide x 16’ (two tables) Access to electric is limited and must be requested on this application (Please contact us for special requirements) Vendor: Non-Profits: Electric Access: $40 per single space, $50 for double space $30 per single space, $40 for double space $10.00 (if requested) limited availability, on a first come first serve basis.
