Commuters were seen using masks in Jeddah as sandstorm caused breathing difficulties for those with lung problems. Doctors warned asthma and allergy patients not to expose themselves to dust due to the climatic turbulence. They advised them to put on masks while going out. Asthma patients and children are susceptible to dust allergy, said chest disease consultant Dr. Khaled Abdul Kareem. So they should take extra precautions, he said. Meanwhile, the Prophet???s City witnessed rains on Friday, which brought down the mercury. Pilgrims flooding Madinah were enjoying the nice weather.
