#2528: This happened nearly two years ago. A lady associate in our project was killed in a ghastly car accident. Soon a young, bubbly girl replaced her. Our project demanded frequent night shifts. Even though she was the only girl in my project, she volunteered to come in the night shift every Saturday for the next few months. But as time passed, she became very aggressive and irritable. Then one day, she suddenly left the organization and went back to her home state. Few months later, on family day, I brought my little niece to my ODC.
