#264 why its important to make your fitness journey a LIFESTYLE vs. a PHASE: I just spent a week cruising the Caribbean. Did I follow my plan to a T? No. Did I fall off track? Yeah. But here I am, the Monday after my vacation & my stomach looks like it did when I left. Even a WEEK of less than perfect eating didnt make me obese. One day wont make you obese or trash your results. My metabolism is NUTS because Ive made this a lifestyle change & I work my butt off daily so that I can still LIVE LIFE & be fit at the same time! There is a balance and its not too late for you to discover it!
