3:16a.m. once again and still cant fall asleep. Taken 2 sleeping pills for the second night in a row and they arent even helping put the anxiety of going in for my colonoscopy on Monday to rest. It is bothering me so much that my nerves have the best of me..I didnt have a good experience the last time I went and had one done, and swore Id never have another one. But I really need to find out whats going on with me and have to have one done. So frustrated, hate the waiting game, just want to get it over and done with..
