*** 30 day challenge results*** For the last 30 days me and my team have been doing a 30 day challenge to basically get in the best shape possible using the Herbalife nutrition products. Over the last few months I havent been in the gym Ill admit so I have lost quite a bit of shape compared to before I came over to Jersey. To top things off I took up running as my main source of exercise which of course does not do you no favours in terms of body shape when your running long distances. But over the last 30 days I have achieved quite a few things, I did get below my goal of body fat, My original goal was 10% and I got down to 9.3%, I did improve in terms of appearance, I do feel a lot more leaner. But for me my biggest achievement in the last 30 days was running 21 miles. Previously before this Id never ran any more than 10 miles so to go from that to running 21 miles and running for a total of 3 hours and 45 minutes without stopping was a big achievement and one of biggest achievements to date. I had a lot of people asking me why would I be silly enough to run 21 miles, why would I run 21 miles without even training? For me the main reason I done it was to try inspire people and make people realize that you really should never put limitations on yourself and shouldnt be influenced by what other people think. If I told everyone I was going to run 21 miles without stopping I probably would of had a lot of people doubting that I could do it. For a lot of people when theyre doubted that then makes them then doubt themselves and doubt that its possible for them to achieve that specific goal, which would then make you put limitations on yourself. You really should never put limitations on yourself and let other people around you make you doubt your own abilities, in my opinion everyone has greatness inside of them and is able to do a lot more than they will ever believe. So my 30 day challenge wasnt just to get in good shape. My 30 day challenge was more about inspiring others to make them believe in themselves and and also to never to set limitations on themselves. If I inspired just 1 person out of all this to do that, I am more than happy and my main goal is accomplished.
