4 KAYAKS (AND MANY MORE) PADDLING: A big highlight of our year was in September when we dammed the summit to test what would happen if there was 1 metre of water between Scarva and Poyntzpass. It was a great success and we were able to hold a regatta of canoes, curraghs and kayaks. Armagh and Banbridge Councils were very supportive and we hope to install gates at both locks in 2015 to open the summit to small boat traffic once more.
