5/31 9AM When i walked out the house, i saw at least 4 long Chem-trails up in the sky, i think this probably will TRAP HEAT in the area. I know DOD/CIA have been manipulating the weather at DC for long time! Today DOD/CIA set up lots of "road block" constructions to block me. A construction crew block the little pathway in the community towards Maryland Ave. They have done with the pedestrian pass for the right side, and now they are doing the left side for me AGAIN!! In the Chinese grocery, DOD/CIA sent out lots of Filipino to intimidate me. I know DOD/CIA created the shooting of Taiwanese fishing boat by the Philippines coast guard. At the food court, DOD/CIA sent one Hispanic-look disguised staff to speed up and moved an empty unloading trolley bumping into my foot when I just turned around! As usual, this guy pretend to said “I am sorry!” DOD/CIA’s standard script. When I said “you are NOT!” He started yelling and said “ This is for my people!” Yea, I know the people means “DOD/CIA”! They always play this evil game of “misdirect the anger’ to the Wrong groups- their enemy! Either Chinese, Russians or the Black and Hispanic, but NEVER the WHITE!
