5 WEEKS, 5 PLACES, WHAT CAN WE ACHIEVE!? Realistically we have just over 5 weeks of serious training to go before hitting the party season in a big way and the gym is buzzing with people hitting all sorts of targets in preparation for whats ahead! Time is starting to get tight for those who have some work to do to fit into their favorite dresses so I have decided to open 5 more Semi-Private Personal Training places for people who are serious about getting into shape for Xmas and starting to develop healthy habits that will carry over into the new year.
