65 and sunny after snow last week called for an outdoor sprint workout ☝️WV might have snow but we also have some killer hills which are perfect for HIT workouts. HIT is not only time efficient but it causes your body to burn more fat at rest compared to long distance cardio. Do this workout 1-2 x per week on non-consecutive days: - warm up 5 minutes + dynamic stretching -sprint up a steep hill (~30sec), heart rate at 80-90% of max -walk down hill (~ 1 min), heart rate at 55-60% max -repeat 15-20 minutes - fry those legs at the end by performing 3-4 sets of 10-15 frog jumps ~ 30 sec rest between sets Dont forget to stretch very well post workout! #fitness #workouts #sprints #hillsfordays #frogjumps #plyos #bondbooty #onlinetrainingprogram #fitchicks #workforyourresults #bondbody #completephysique
