70+ companies in our state sikkim.45000+ Sikkimese educated unemployed youth. Where lies the problem????? Is it the MOU? Or is it the quality of our education?? Or is it the non-compliance of MOU by these companies??? As promised in our party manifesto SKM stand on two political ideology..dats...to root out corruption..and generation of Employments for our unemployed youth ... We have embarked on fact-finding mission. Employment of the educated youth by making them industries ready should be our(ruling n opposition) prime objective. Capacity building department should not limit their vocation courses to beautician or driver or plumbing only .....instead it shld prepare our youth for the higher tier job. Till date......manager/ technical job(almost 97% ) are taken up by the outsiders. Only casual labour jobs are reserved for local. We need to readdress these issues and shift the dynamics.
