8/4/2013 We are having a great brunch tomorrow, doing fall and summer favorites in one meal. If you like Oktoberfest, hang on……Grilled Old World Style Polish Kielbasa and barrel cured shredded SAUERKRAUT!!! Come on now, you know you love it….and why just have that only in October???? We are splitting the large links of Polish Kielbasa in two and grilling them with thick slices of onion all caramelize just the way you like it. Mr. Myke is making a Honey Mustard dipping sauce for you to add on the side (it has a hint of horseradish, yum). Then we’re marrying it with, what better than, the traditional taste of sauerkraut. Now not all our guest like the taste of sauerkraut, so for you all (and you know who you are) we have fresh sautéed tender cabbage with butter, cracked pepper, and sea salt. And what goes with Kielbasa and sauerkraut? Well, that would be Yukon gold potatoes. Tenderly cooked, seasoned potatoes, perfectly matched with the savory taste of the Kielbasa, this is goodness for your mouth! Sticking with the summer part of the meal are some cool summer salads. Cucumbers are still coming out of the gardens, so we brought back our sliced cucumbers with sweet Georgia Vidalia onions, this time drizzled with a creamy Vidalia dressing. Our next choice is the sweetness of fresh shredded carrots. Combined with pump round raisins and small chucks of pineapple, this salad is a great complement to any meal, summer or fall it’s sure to please. Now if that isn’t enough, we have our stone ground yellow grits, fresh eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, French toast casserole, juicy ripe fruit, bites of cakes, and cookies. Our quiche will knock your socks off! So if your hungry run, don’t walk, to this whole house for the best meal in Summerville…. $14.95 all you can eat. Did you know that we have over 75 flavors of loose and bagged tea, white, green or black, caffeine, or decaffeinated. And if you like your tea sweetened, we have a variety of sweetens, like simple syrup (a mixture of ½ water and ½ cane sugar heated until it’s liquid), sugar cubes, Splenda, Sweet’n Low, Equal, and Stevia. We also have Organic Blue Agave, Raw sugar, and honey. We may be small but we have a variety that ON ONE can beat!! And don’t even get me started on our salad dressings…………
