9 of the last 10 days Ive had to go to the hospital with my mom to address complications and treatment. Years ago, I spent 67 days at my former husbands bedside, at the same hospital. I dislike it as much as I did back then, but some things are different. This time I am fully aware of the fact that its during these sorts of times that we learn a lot about who we really are and we have the opportunity to actually be the person we would want to be in challenging times. In the light of awareness we can bring joy, hope, and encouragement to loved ones and strangers. There is always good to live and love to give.
