A 355mm diameter pipe burst today in Moreletapark and the Elardus Park reservoir had to be closed to allow technicians to work on repairing the pipe. Consequently water supply was disrupted. We are working around the clock to repair the burst pipe, but the pipe is wet which makes welding difficult. We will try to restore water tomorrow, either in the morning or afternoon. Apologies for the incovenience.
