A HUMBLE THANK YOU TO MY NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH FRIENDS Hi all, I was pleased to represent Eastern Region Division 5 Neighbourhood Watch at last nights Annual General Meeting and Awards Night. I was tickled pink and honoured to have been nominated and then presented, along with other state-wide worthy recipients, with a State Neighbourhood Watch Award of Honour which is the highest award NHW Victoria presents. I was nominated for the work I have done over my past five years with NHW locally on our four Crime Watch Newsletters, this Facebook page and assisting with publicity and our Operation Safe Plates. I would like to sincerely thank my fellow Neighbourhood Watchers for nominating me, particularly those from all our Latrobe Neighbourhood Watch groups with whom I work closely. I would also like to thank my husband Brett, who is also our police co-ordinator, and my children for putting up with my nagging and all the time I spend being absorbed in the computer and on this Facebook page. Thanks again and I hope to continue bringing you all crime prevention and community safety news in the years to come. Dianne
