A MAN suffered serious facial injuries during a horrific bottle attack in Taunton. The incident happened on Friday evening (October 18) at 9.30pm at the Railway Club in Station Road. Police said a suspect used a bottle or glass to strike the victim in the face at the club. The victim sustained a suspected fractured eye socket, a broken nose and other facial injuries. The offender is described as a white man who was 6ft, of medium build, with shaven brown hair. He was wearing a black suit and a red tie. Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555-111
