A PLACE OF HOPE FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES ! What a wonderful place! The Metropolitan sanctuary for sick children at Kamakwa in Nyeri town is a home like none other. Its home for sick children and children with disabilities : extreme disabilities. Surprisingly, they are very well taken care of by pastor Jason and his wife Jolene. Besides the usual medical care, they provide physical and occupational therapy, orthotics and prosthetics, custom designed seating for the disabled, day care for the disabled, and 24 hours care and accommodation for neglected and abandoned disabled children all free of charge!!! Its a place of wonders and miracles. They make disability equipments and mobility aids from card boards and newspapers. The equipments have helped children who couldnt walk, stand and walk! Its unbelievable! I witnessed all these wonders. Lets visit them! Lets go support them!
