A Reputed Multinational FMCG Company is looking for Regional Reporting Officer, in following regions. Deadline: 9th November, 2013. 1. Chittagong 2. Sylhet 3. Khulna 4. Bogra Responsibilities: • Coordinating campaign/activity resources for the respective region • Ensure all resources (campaign materials, merchandising items etc.) are delivered to respective distribution houses and coordinate with central team to ensure on time in full delivery. • Reporting quality complaints regarding resources and ensure reimbursement • Data collecting and reporting critical regular and adhoc trackers e.g. Campaign trackers, trackers on sales performance of own and competition, distribution trackers, fact sheet etc. • Compiling and reporting of Sales & Distribution data to the regional team • Fact sheet, competition update compilation • Compiling and reporting agency managed resources. • Arranging Quarterly Business Reviews • Arrangement of travel and accommodation of regional team members Experience: • Honors/Masters in Marketing / Management discipline. • Minimum 1 / 2 years working experience in relevant field. • Excellent proficiency in MS Office based applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. • Good verbal & writing communication skills in English & Bengali • Previous job experience in marketing will be preferred Please note: Email your updated resume at [email protected] Format of resume must be in WORD DOCUMENT pdf formats will not be accepted Mention applied position in MAIL SUBJECT.
