A beloved third grade teacher at Twin Cities German Immersion School in St. Paul is being forced to leave the country. Her work visa is about to expire, and shes been told the U.S. government will not renew her status. Cagla Kazek is six weeks in to the school year and could be sent back to Germany by next week. She says in her two years teaching at the school, she has developed a strong bond with her students. Kazek hopes to at least extend her stay until the end of the school year. More on First News.
