A bit late, but entertaining.... Back from a Sunday in Syracuse (NY) where I spent a couple of hours at a model train show at the State Fair Grounds. It was the first time Ive been in Syracuse since 19XX. Picked up an MRC power pack for the 6 foot long HO railroad I have. Met up with Bill Lowe and his wife, Nancy. Bill, in the radio business forever... and who I can blame for getting me into news business... now lights up our lives with LED equipped diecasts through his business called Custom Lighted Diecasts. Bill was a huge talent in broadcasting delivering the morning news on WHAM in Rochester (NY)..... but is super talented in his latest line of work. Check Bill out on Facebook. Anywho... got back to the undisclosed located at mid afternoon after a nice trip up and down the 81 listening to a lot of radio along the way. Wasnt it FCC Commissioner Newton Minnow call television a vast wasteland in the early 60s. Mr. Minnow never heard radio in the 2000s Now... sit back and enjoy life. Nooze..
