A case of female patient 33 years old had post cesarean section sever intra-abdominal and parietal infection (necrotizing fasciitis and intra-abdominal sepsis) managed by primary debridement at first operation 10 day post C.S, 2 weeks later she had unexplained bowel fistula, she re-explore again and primary repair was done by 3 interrupted stitches of 0.3 vicryl and secondary closure to the skin only was don, 5 days post operative she start oral feeding again, vitally stable, no collection, ne fever, drains nill, and she discharged to her home in peace.
