A company that started life as an Executive MBA project at Saïd Business School has floated on the London Alternative Investment Market (AIM) with an initial valuation of around £6m. Tekcapital, which matches investors with university-developed research and intellectual property, was founded by Dr Clifford Gross, who used it as the subject for his EMBA Entrepreneurship Project, ex-Clifford Chance lawyer Max Inglis and Selwyn Lloyd, owner of technology company OXGEOS. The three founders all completed their Executive MBAs at Oxford in 2012.
